Redline Rivals — Terms of Service

Welcome to Redline Rivals ("the Game"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Your account

• You sign in with your Google account; you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.

Virtual items and currency

• In-game cash, gems, cars, parts, and other items are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Game.
• Virtual items are a limited license to use features of the Game, not property. We may adjust game balance (prices, stats, rewards) to keep the Game fair and fun.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or tamper with the Game's code, data, or network traffic.
• Harass or abuse other players, or use offensive names or messages.
• Attempt to disrupt the Game's servers or other players' experience.

Breaking these rules may result in penalties up to and including permanent account termination, and forfeiture of virtual items.

Availability and changes

The Game is provided "as is" and free of charge. We work hard to keep it online and improving, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features (or the Game) at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual items or game progress.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
