Redline Rivals — Terms of Service

Welcome to Redline Rivals ("the Game"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game and its related services. By creating an account, accessing, or playing Redline Rivals, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

To play Redline Rivals, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country.
• Comply with all applicable local laws.
• Use a valid Google account (or another supported login method) to access the Game.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Game.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, traded, rented, or transferred to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized transfers or fraudulent activity.

3. Virtual currency & items

Redline Rivals contains virtual items, including but not limited to RRC (in-game cash), gems, cars, parts, cosmetics, wraps, titles, and other digital content. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of value outside the Game.
• May not be sold or traded for real money — doing so may result in a permanent ban.
• Remain the property of Redline Rivals.

Purchasing or earning virtual items grants you a limited, revocable license to use them within the Game. To maintain game balance, we may adjust item prices, vehicle statistics, upgrade values, rewards, drop rates, and economy systems without prior notice.

4. Fair play

Redline Rivals is built around competitive, skill-based gameplay. You agree not to:

• Cheat or exploit game mechanics.
• Use modified clients.
• Use bots, scripts, macros, or automation.
• Modify or reverse engineer the Game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intercept or manipulate network traffic.
• Duplicate items or currency.
• Abuse bugs or glitches.
• Circumvent anti-cheat systems.
• Sell, buy, or trade virtual items, currency, or accounts for real money or anything of value outside the Game ("real-money trading"). This is a bannable offense.
• Deliberately lose, throw, or self-sabotage races (including win-trading or colluding with other players) to farm wins, rewards, or progression.
• Cheat in any other way to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers or accounts.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players.
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames, team names, or chat messages.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, removal of virtual items or currency, leaderboard removal, or loss of progression. Our decisions regarding enforcement are final.

5. Updates & game changes

Redline Rivals is a live service. We may add or remove features, change gameplay systems, balance vehicles, modify rewards, reset rankings, introduce seasonal content, perform maintenance, or suspend or discontinue services without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

6. Availability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free gameplay, uninterrupted servers, or compatibility with all devices. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content within Redline Rivals — including but not limited to logos, artwork, music, sounds, user interface, code, graphics, animations, and game systems — is owned by or licensed to Redline Rivals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without prior written permission.

The "Redline Rivals" name and logo are trademarks of Redline Rivals. You may not use the Redline Rivals name, logo, branding, or other marks — including in the names of apps, websites, servers, tools, or merchandise — without prior written permission. All content in the Game is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the Game or its branding may result in account termination and legal action.

8. User conduct

Players are expected to treat others respectfully. You may not:

• Harass or threaten other players.
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Spam chat or messaging systems.
• Promote scams, cheats, exploits, or malicious software.
• Impersonate Redline Rivals staff or other players.
• Attempt to deceive or defraud other users.

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Game.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Rivals, its developers, owners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for loss of virtual items, loss of game progress, data loss, service interruptions, account suspensions or terminations, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the Game or its community. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving cheating, fraud, exploitation, or serious misconduct.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Redline Rivals after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
